1. Complete a course by individual or group study.

2. For group study, all participants who are already enrolled in the Christian Growth Study Plan may use the Christian Growth Study Plan Group Credit Request Form 775. Persons who are not enrolled need to use the Credit Request Form 725.

   For individual study, show your pastor, minister of education, church staff member or leader your answers to the self-study guide or your chapter or article summaries. Ask this person to sign your credit request. If you are using the electronic form 725, the signature is not necessary.

   If you do not have the course number, you can find course numbers in the diploma plans.

   New books will give you the course number on the first page and/or last page of the book. Older books currently in print, however, may have the obsolete version of the form 725. Please use the 2000 version of the Form 725 and the Christian Growth Study Plan number found in this catalog.

3. You can request credit by filling out the course credit form online. Click on the appropriate form. Fill in the information, click on submit. Your credit will be emailed to the CGSP office.
