Annual reports are no longer automatically sent to churches, associations, and state conventions. You may request reports by phone, mail, fax, email, or Internet. Please include the name, city, state, and zip code of your church, association, or state convention office; the name of the person to receive the report; and the date range for the report.
You may also access your church member list and participant transcripts through the Christian Growth Study Plan Report Request system. Click on Report Request. You will need your church's CGSP Logon ID and PIN for security reasons. If you do not have these numbers, email the Christian Growth Study Plan office for the information (cgspnet@lifeway.com).
Associations and state conventions may also request reports through the Internet at the same website. You may receive your association or state convention CGSP Logon ID and PIN by emailing the Christian Growth Study Plan office (cgspnet@lifeway.com).
